Mass emails

 Send me full schedules – include date and time you want email sent.          Example: if it is a series of 12 emails, I would like all dates to be included.
    If that is not feasible send me one week at a time.

 Include subject line

 What distribution list(s) do you want the email sent to?

 Provide the wording for each email with send dates and wording     changes if needed for each date. (Remember to change the subject line if     needed for multiple sends)

All other work – send me a request and I will review and let you know if I can do it.

Please read below, then submit request form by Thursday at 5pm for the following

week’s work.  If I can’t meet your requested due date I will let you know by noon Friday.  I work on club items Sun, Tues and Thurs.
